Refreshing. Bubbly. Effortlessly Cool.
Today we’re sipping on a Simple Malawi Shandy—a vibrant, alcohol-free twist inspired by classic shandy culture. This refreshing blend of ginger ale, lemon-lime soda, and a few dashes of Angostura bitters delivers the perfect balance of spice, citrus, and subtle herbal depth. It’s crisp, lightly sweet, and ridiculously easy to love.
What’s inside the glass?
• 200 ml (7 oz) Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
• 200 ml (7 oz) Lemon-Lime Soda
• 3–5 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Plenty of ice
• Fresh lemon or orange slice for garnish
Pour it over ice, add your bitters, garnish it beautifully, and give it a gentle stir. That’s it. Simple. Sophisticated. Refreshing.
✨ Want to customize?• More Zest: Add 50 ml fresh orange juice for a sweeter, fruit-forward vibe.• Less Sweet: Swap to 200 ml Ginger Ale, 100 ml Lemonade, and 100 ml Soda Water for a drier finish.
All the vibes. None of the alcohol.Cheers to learning, sipping, and celebrating cocktail culture—mocktail style. 🍊🍸
