Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of [25]% is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

• The remaining balance is due [15 days] prior to the event date.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, Bank Transfer, Zelle..

• Late payments may result in cancellation of service and forfeiture of deposit.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to CocktailswithCrystalj@gmail.com.

• Cancellations made:

  • More than [30] days prior to the event: Full refund minus deposit.

  • Less than [30] days prior to the event: No refund.

• Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, if notified at least 20 days in advance.

3. Alcohol Provision & Licensing:

• Cocktails with Crystal operates as a Dry Hire bartending service. This means that while our team provides professional bartenders, tools, mixers, and all necessary equipment for beverage preparation and service, we do not supply or sell alcohol.

• The Client is solely responsible for purchasing, providing, and ensuring the lawful handling of all alcoholic beverages to be served at their event. The Client must also ensure that all alcohol provided complies with local laws and venue regulations.

• The Cocktails with Crystal team reserves the right to request proof of legal purchase and age to ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol service laws and to maintain the integrity of our licensing and safety standards.

• All services are provided in compliance with [Your State/Local] liquor laws.

4. Bartender Conduct & Guest Behavior:

• Our staff reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is underage.

  • Shut down the bar if guest behavior becomes unsafe, aggressive, or violates local laws.

• Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests.

5. Underage Drinking:

• Cocktails with Crystal maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the service or consumption of alcoholic beverages by individuals under the legal drinking age. In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, no alcohol will be served to or permitted for anyone under the age of twenty-one (21)..

• Valid ID must be presented upon request.

• Should underage drinking be observed or suspected, Cocktails with Crystal reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate service without refund to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and the safety of all guests.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age and for taking reasonable steps to prevent underage individuals from obtaining or consuming alcoholic beverages during the event. Cocktails with Crystal assumes no liability for violations of alcohol laws arising from actions of guests or third parties outside the control of its staff.

6. Setup, Breakdown, and Equipment:

• Our team will arrive three (3) hours prior to the scheduled event start time to complete setup and preparation.

• The client agrees to ensure venue access and any necessary accommodations are available at that time to allow for proper setup.

• Client is responsible for providing adequate space, shade, and access to water and electricity (if required).

• Client is responsible for any damages to our equipment caused by guests or event staff.

• Client is responsible for ensuring adequate parking is made available to load and unload materials.

7. Liability:

• We carry general liability insurance. A copy of our Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.

• Client assumes all liability for:

  • Cocktails with Crystal is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that occur before, during, or after the event, whether arising directly or indirectly from alcohol consumption, guest behavior, or any other circumstances beyond the control of its staff.

  • The Client assumes full responsibility and liability for the actions and safety of all guests, vendors, and attendees throughout the duration of the event, including any incidents involving personal injury or property damage. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the event venue, furnishings, or any Cocktails with Crystal equipment or materials.

  • Compliance with venue rules and local alcohol regulations.

8. Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or pandemic-related restrictions.

9. Media Release (Optional):

By booking with us, you agree that we may use event photos/videos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Agreement:

By confirming a booking and/or making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
